Maybern is building the operating system for agentic fund management, hiring a Senior Recruiter to own business hiring end to end and to build recruiting systems our team runs on. About two thirds of the role is full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Implementation, Operations, and Finance, with support on Forward Deployed Engineering and engineering roles when needed.
You'll help shape how we tell our story and convince exceptional people to bet on us.
Formación
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in VC-backed tech companies
- Owned full-cycle hiring for business roles (GTM, customer success, operations, finance)
- Strong NYC market knowledge and network
- Experience building AI or automation workflows for recruiting
- Comfort with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter; API exposure is a plus
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end recruiting for business roles in NYC market
- Partner with senior leaders to define target profiles and standards
- Design and ship AI-powered sourcing and screening tools
- Collaborate with engineers and recruiters to scale hiring processes
