Maybern is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the evolution of our platform. The Platform Team provides core components for the rest of the Maybern engineering group to build upon, with the aim of simple, reliable interfaces for complex systems.

The right candidate focuses on developer productivity, designing and testing solutions so product teams can deliver value while scalability and fault-tolerance are handled by the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Python and Django in practice.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Build, architect, and scale core parts of the system from the ground up.
• Lead initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with other engineers to design flexible, future-proof solutions.
