AfterQuery, an applied research lab in San Francisco, is hiring a Business Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our business and operations teams, from sourcing to closing. You will partner with the Lead Business Recruiter and the founding team to define profiles and run rigorous interviews.

You will build proactive pipelines from finance, consulting, PE, and tech, manage scorecards and rubrics, and help scale the company as AI talent competition intensifies.

Competenze

• 4-7+ years of experience in agency and in-house recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build pipelines that founders trust.
• Ability to identify, attract, and close elite talent across business functions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility startup environment.

• Run full-cycle recruiting for AfterQuery's business and operations roles—from sourcing to interviewing to closing.
