Job summary

Maybern is building an agentic operating system for private fund management, enabling AI-powered experiences. We seek a seasoned AI engineer who can own end-to-end product experiences, from AI features to customer-facing workflows, while refining data interfaces and agent capabilities.

You will collaborate with product, domain experts, and customers to drive valuable outcomes, tackling complex fund-management problems with reliable, real-world AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product-focused AI engineer with hands-on experience in agentic systems.
• Strong understanding of fund-accounting workflows and customer-facing AI experiences.
• Ability to translate complex problems into reliable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic product experiences including chatbots and in-product workflows.
• Define patterns that safely interface agents with Maybern data (MCP).
• Create reconciliation workflows like automated spreadsheet reconciliation.
• Shape product direction by collaborating with product, customers, and engineers.
• Advance agent capabilities across sessions and email-triggered workflows.
