• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage open job requisitions and update the ATS.
• Develop and implement a regional recruitment strategy with leadership.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and recruiting events.
• Mentor less experienced recruiters.
