Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist in Mason, OH to develop and manage sourcing strategies and pipelines. You will partner with recruiters and TA leadership to attract high-quality candidates and build strong talent pools across the organization.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessment of sourcing efforts, engagement with passive candidates, and alignment with Equity initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mason, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Experience with affirmative Action plans is preferred.
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• 1+ years prior sourcing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative sourcing strategies.
• Track and analyze sourcing data to measure effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, emails, and passive candidate engagement.
• Identify and engage talent across channels such as social media, talent communities, networks, and referrals.
