Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage a sourcing strategy by partnering with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to attract high-quality candidates for the organization.

You will build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and engagement with passive candidates, while tracking data to measure effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet/intranet.
• Experience with federal/state/local laws (EEO) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Track and analyze sourcing data to optimize effectiveness.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines through proactive outreach.
