Qualifications

• 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or third-party recruiting.
• Experience supporting professional or shared services hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Support Office leaders to understand hiring needs and staffing strategies.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a quality experience.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting activity and metrics.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality corporate talent.
