Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Senior Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for the Support Office functions, coordinating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, supports corporate staffing initiatives across shared services, and focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or third‑party environments.
• Experience supporting professional, corporate, or shared services hiring in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Support Office leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates for an excellent experience.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting activity and metrics.
• Mentor Recruiters and Coordinators within the Talent Acquisition team.
