Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Proven strategic sourcing skills.
• Experience representing the company professionally both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: source, engage, and manage requisitions with a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand teams and goals; drive interview debriefs and offers.
• Analyze data to identify headwinds/tailwinds in searches and improve processes.
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Build diverse pipelines through targeted sourcing and marketing programs.
• Coach leaders and interviewers on inclusive interviewing practices.
