In this role, you'll help build the teams behind BairesDev's growth, leading recruiting projects and partnering with colleagues and clients to fill openings. You'll bring structure and attention to detail to a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• - Partner with the recruiting team to identify candidates.
• - Present candidates to clients and leads.
• - Work with Operations and Client Services to spot growth opportunities in accounts.

• - Studies in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• - Advanced English level.
