Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities in accounts.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

What You Will Do:
