BairesDev is seeking a Regional Managing Director to build and manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of senior professionals. This role focuses on executive-level client stewardship, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outcomes that align with business objectives.

The position requires a strong track record in IT/technology services, a consultative mindset, and the ability to scale client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
• Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.
• Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev’s solutions with business objectives.
