Job summary

Cielo Senior Recruiter in Wisconsin is a remote, limited term position designed to deliver exceptional talent and drive recruitment outcomes. You will partner with hiring leaders, lead intake meetings, and shape sourcing strategies while maintaining strong candidate engagement.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will mentor Recruiters and other team members, provide market data-driven recommendations, and act as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
