Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions across industries.
• Partner with clients to determine talent objectives, write job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines via databases, job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Guide candidates through interview, offer, and onboarding processes with coaching as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate progress, hiring timelines, and market insights.
• Support employees on assignment through check-ins and issue resolution.
