Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or 3PL environments.
• 2+ years recruiting for manager-level or higher positions.
• Experience recruiting operations and warehouse leadership talent.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management skills.
• Ability to partner with operations and business leadership.
• Experience in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned warehouse and operational teams across multiple locations.
• Recruit for mid-to-senior level operations positions, including Operations Managers and Directors.
• Manage 20-30 open requisitions simultaneously while prioritizing critical hiring needs.
• Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate the offer process and assist with negotiations when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide a positive recruiting experience.
• Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to Operations Managers and leadership.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and seasonal staffing needs.
• Provide updates on open positions, pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Track recruiting activity and performance through the ATS.
