• Build a sourcing strategy with hiring managers and HRBPs
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting and hiring deliverables
• Create compelling job postings and diverse pipelines
• Develop candidate experience from identification to closing
• Partner with peer recruiters and lead projects to enhance recruiting
