Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including multi-state recruiting.
• Experience hiring at all organizational levels, including management and executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for restaurant management and leadership positions.
• Partner with Directors and Executives to understand staffing needs.
• Manage job postings and recruitment processes.
