We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter, Microsoft AI to join the rapidly growing Microsoft AI Copilot Team. This recruiter will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of the MAI division through strategic talent acquisition. Responsibilities
Stakeholder/Client Engagement
  • Use data, metrics, and understanding of business requirements to advise on talent gaps. Lead the development of recruiting processes and strategies.
  • Apply deep knowledge of business factors (e.g., time to hire, location, compensation) to develop end-to-end hiring plans aligned with business needs.
  • Consult on critical talent needs and opportunities, influencing leaders to consider differentiated and non-traditional talent sources.
Data Analysis & Hiring Plans
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights and set plans to meet hiring goals. Lead the implementation of hiring strategies for complex organizations or talent pools.
Candidate Attraction
  • Leverage knowledge of competitors to differentiate Microsoft’s career opportunities and benefits. Convey compelling messages that motivate candidates.
  • Share success stories to aid sourcing and recruiting efforts. Track candidate activity and communicate insights internally.
  • Coach clients to effectively represent Microsoft’s unique advantages.
Candidate Experience
  • Develop hiring plans that meet candidate needs, especially for critical or high-level searches.
  • Own and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, proactively addressing factors that could impact candidate perception.
Operational Compliance & Excellence
  • Optimize policies, systems, and processes, guiding stakeholders on changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in staffing systems, ensuring compliance (e.g., OFCP, GDPR). Use data to generate insights.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of AI recruiting/sourcing experience.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years or Master’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments.
