Job description

Fast-growing startup revolutionizing web development tools is looking for a Technical Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, global team led by a successful Founder and backed by well-known VCs and some of the best operators in devtools. As the sole Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the team's ambitious growth plans, focusing on attracting and hiring top-tier engineers. Someone with excellent organization skills and previous experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growth startup is a must. This is a remote role. 120-140K+ DOE + benefits, 401k, flexible PTO, and wellness & tech stipend!
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offers for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiringneeds.
  • Collaborate on compelling, inclusive job descriptions and candidate messaging that reflect the brand and values.
  • Use data to report to identify trends and continuously optimize the recruiting process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and thoughtfulevery step of the way.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices to support equitable hiringdecisions.
  • Support occasional non-technical hiring efforts as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • A track record of hiring for technical roles in engineering, DevOps, product, or related domains.
  • Confidence navigating global time zones and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and technical leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
