Qualifications

• Candidate sourcing from ATS and external boards.
• Screening candidates for basic qualifications, interest and availability.
• Engage with clients and candidates following WorkSmart processes.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates from ATS and external boards.
• Reach out via phone, text, or email to initiate screening.
• Meet outbound targets to maintain candidate pipeline.
• Counsel candidates on career goals and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Track attendance for assigned clients and maintain staffing levels.
• Prepare and deliver client reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Onboard candidates and ensure proper forms and background checks.
