Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting the North America Unit. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-priority roles and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote the firm's brand.

You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, maintain ATS records, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely offers and strong candidate experiences across markets. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent
• 4 years of related experience
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting for open positions and future hires
• Develops sourcing strategies and maintains pipelines of diverse, technical talent
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers under guidance
• Maintains ATS records and prepares recruitment analytics for managers
• Performs other duties as required
