XTB is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support Indonesia. We seek a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for business roles in Indonesia, collaborating with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements and build ideal candidate profiles.

You will source top talent across local and international markets, advise on salary benchmarks, and manage offers while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour law and company policies.

Formación

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably fintech.
• Deep knowledge of the Indonesian talent market and local channels.
• Proven success hiring mid- and senior-level professionals.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and analytics.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws.
• Experience hiring across Southeast Asia.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indonesian market across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements.
• Design and optimise selection processes for quality and candidate experience.
• Source and engage top talent locally and internationally.
• Advise on salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment KPIs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
• Lead offer negotiations and close candidates per local practices.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour law and company policies.
• Promote XTB as an employer of choice in Indonesia.
