Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Highly detail-oriented with emphasis on process consistency.
• Critical thinker who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset and ability to support candidates and internal partners.
• Comfortable working on the phone daily and conducting outreach to candidates.
• Willing to adjust hours to accommodate candidate availability.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as JazzHR.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to assess fit and interest.
• Manage candidate progression through JazzHR with accurate records.
• Communicate with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback.
• Extend offers, verify letters, and initiate onboarding tasks.
• Coordinate background checks and fingerprinting as applicable.
• Coordinate FA Card process and document tracking for hires.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to candidate experience.
• Assist with special recruiting and onboarding projects.
