Mint Cannabis seeks a Senior Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple teams in Phoenix, AZ. You will source, screen, and advance candidates for retail, distribution, and operational roles, and support onboarding for new hires with a focus on corporate positions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Prior ATS experience, especially JazzHR, is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on process consistency and compliance.
• Critical thinker with ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset with passion for helping candidates and partners.
• Comfortable making daily phone outreach to candidates.
• Willingness to work earlier hours to accommodate candidate availability.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate fit, experience, and interest.
• Manage progression through JazzHR and keep accurate records.
• Communicate with hiring managers to align on requirements and next steps.
• Extend offers, verify letters, and initiate onboarding tasks including background checks.
• Support FA Card process, fingerprint scheduling and document tracking for hires.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
