• Strong attention to detail and process consistency.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, experience, and interest.
• Manage candidate progression through JazzHR and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and next steps.
• Extend offers, verify letters, and initiate onboarding, including background checks and fingerprinting.
