Treeswift is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end technical recruiting for Hardware and Robotics across our fast-growing team. You will partner with engineering leaders to understand needs, define searches, and move candidates from sourcing to close with speed and care.

You'll build proactive pipelines, recruit in an early-stage environment, and elevate candidate experience while representing Treeswift's mission and brand to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience recruiting technical talent, bonus points for Hardware and Robotics experience.
• Worked in an early-stage, high-growth, or hyper-growth technology company where priorities move quickly.
• Strong sourcer who can find hardware/robotics talent not actively looking and engage engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from role scoping and sourcing strategy through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, calibrate on candidates, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, technical communities, and other sourcing channels for hard-to-find hardware/robotics talent.
• Flex into embedded searches within engineering as priorities shift or business needs.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer, keeping candidates engaged and excited about Treeswift.
• Contribute to evolving recruiting practices: interview structure, evaluation frameworks, offer strategy, etc.
• Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to candidates, able to sell the Hardware vision.
