Treeswift is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in New York or San Francisco. This senior IC role focuses on technical recruiting, partnering with Engineering, Hardware and Software leaders to define needs and close exceptional talent.

You will build pipelines, engage candidates not actively looking, and act as a true talent partner in a fast-growing company that values curiosity and ownership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hardware and robotics talent.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong ability to learn new markets, functions, or talent pools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from scoping to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and move searches swiftly.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and technical communities.
• Flex into embedded searches within engineering when priorities shift.
• Drive excellent candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Contribute to evolving recruiting practices: interview structure and offer strategy.
• Represent Treeswift’s brand and mission to candidates.
