Job summary

Treeswift is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own hiring for our Hardware and Robotics organization as we scale. You'll partner directly with our Head of Hardware to build the team designing and deploying the sensor systems at the core of our product.

You’ll recruit across electrical engineering, embedded systems, firmware, mechanical engineering, robotics, sensor integration, perception, and systems engineering. You know the hardtech ecosystem and how to attract talent who weren't looking.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting across hardware and robotics.
• In-house experience at a high-growth hardware/robotics startup preferred.
• Strong sourcer who can engage passive talent beyond inbound activity.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling candidate experiences.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from scoping to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and move searches forward.
• Build proactive pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and technical communities for hard-to-find talent.
• Flex into embedded searches when priorities shift.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer.
• Contribute to interview structure, evaluation frameworks, and offer strategy.
• Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to every candidate.
