Treeswift Inc is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead technical recruiting for hardware, robotics, and engineering teams. You will own end-to-end searches, build pipelines, and partner with leaders across Engineering, Hardware, and Software to scale our field-operations platforms.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting in high-growth environments, with a knack for finding passive talent and selling a mission-driven hardware vision in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience in an early-stage, high-growth technology company.
• Strong sourcing ability to engage hardware and robotics talent not actively looking.
• Ability to partner with engineering and technical leaders and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from role scoping to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, technical communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Flex into embedded searches within engineering as priorities shift.
• Drive a superb candidate experience from first touch through offer.
• Contribute to evolving recruiting practices: interview structure, evaluation frameworks, offer strategy.
• Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to candidates.
