Job summary

Treeswift is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own hiring for our Hardware and Robotics organization as we scale. You will partner with the Head of Hardware to recruit across electrical engineering, embedded systems, firmware, mechanical engineering, robotics, and sensor integration, building pipelines and selling Treeswift's hardware vision.

This senior IC role requires deep hardtech ecosystem knowledge, the ability to attract passive candidates, and a track record of filling senior

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting across hardware and robotics.
• In-house experience at a high-growth hardware or robotics startup preferred; agency background welcome with in-house experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling candidate experiences.
• Experience in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and processes are still being built.
• Knowledge of where exceptional hardware engineers work and which robotics companies produce strong systems engineers.
• Ability to map organizations, identify breakout talent, and recruit proactively.
• Ability to discuss talent, technical approach, and trajectory of leading companies like Skydio, Anduril, Zipline, Figure, Dexterity, Boston Dynamics, Shield AI, Tesla Optimus, Rivian, Amazon Robotics, and Meta Reality Labs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches from role scoping to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and move searches forward quickly.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and technical communities for hard-to-find talent.
• Specialize in hardware/robotics while flexing into embedded searches as priorities shift.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Contribute to evolving interview structures, evaluation frameworks, and offer strategy.
• Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to candidates and sell the hardware vision.
