Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Research Team Recruiter to lead the recruitment of subject volunteers for Phase I studies. You will handle informed consent, prepare study documents, and ensure all data capture aligns with study protocols and FDA requirements.

The role requires coordinating screenings and collaborating with investigators to meet inclusion/exclusion criteria. Experience with clinical research processes, good communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High/secondary diploma or equivalent and relevant qualification.
• A certificate may be required for technical roles.
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education/training.

Aufgaben

• Review protocols to determine study-specific inclusion/exclusion information and discuss omissions with Team Leader.
• Set up screenings, determine timing to meet staffing needs, and prepare screening paperwork.
• Conduct Informed Consent sessions with volunteers and ensure proper consent handling.
• Confirm all participant paperwork reflects participation and complies with FDA requirements.
• Ensure physician reviews all labs, ECGs, and required tests.
• Develop screening tools and source documents to meet criteria and review phone screening accuracy.
