Qualifications

• Hands on end-to-end recruitment within investment banking or financial services.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong executive presence and communication; comfortable presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from intake through offer and onboarding/start date.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines, compensation, and selection processes.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice using market insights to guide decisions.
