AMS is seeking an Experienced Early Professional Hiring Recruiter to source and hire professionals with 1-5 years of experience across multiple business functions, with a focus on Financial Services. This role emphasizes skills, potential, and growth, rather than last job title.

You will partner with hiring managers to meet workforce planning objectives, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Experience recruiting professionals with 1-5 years across functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for early professional talent from intake to offer.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pools.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of early-career professionals for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Manage offer creation, negotiation, and closing activities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to track candidate activity and ensure compliance.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and talent availability.
