Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead high-touch, consultative recruiting for the Wealth Management Club Concierge team. You will partner with senior business leaders to deliver exceptional talent solutions and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will build targeted pipelines, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and onboarding while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high matrixed, process-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior managers and business leaders.
• Experience supporting high-touch, consultative recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive hiring processes forward.
• Balances urgency with a high-touch, white-glove approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with sourcing teams to develop targeted talent pipelines and attraction strategies.
• Coordinate interview processes, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Lead offer negotiations and manage candidates through acceptance and onboarding.
• Proactively identify and resolve process bottlenecks to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
