Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. The role leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, building pipelines for high-priority positions and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote the firm’s brand across markets.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships, document job duties and business requirements, and ensure timely feedback and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and develops a pipeline of diverse talent.
• Maintains accurate documentation on candidates, searches, and activities for compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Reviews resumes, prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers under guidance.
• Maintains ATS records and generates reports on candidate activity and job status.
