Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting the North America Unit. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, developing sourcing strategies, building pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to fill high-priority roles across the region.

You will maintain compliant documentation, manage candidate communications, conduct prescreens, and coordinate offers while aligning with the firm's compensation policies and brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process.
• Sources, develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse, key technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Maintains accurate documentation on candidates, searches, and recruiting activities for compliance.
• Coordinates offers and ensures timely feedback to candidates and managers.
