CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds pipelines of diverse technical talent, and partners with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.

You will document processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate ATS records, while guiding junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to prioritize staffing needs.
• Ensures accurate documentation and ATS records for compliance.
• Mentors junior recruiters and coordinates recruitment activities.
