Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, builds pipelines of diverse technical talent, and partners with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

You will maintain ATS records, provide timely feedback to candidates, and ensure recruiting actions comply with policy. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, sources and nurtures a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and provides regular recruitment metrics to managers.
• Ensures timely feedback to candidates and supports compliance with staffing policies.
