Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community to promote the firm’s brand and staff critical roles.

You will manage sourcing strategies, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide timely feedback and offers under policy. Domestic/international travel may be required as part of staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related recruiting experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for high priority roles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Screen candidates, prescreen, and coordinate interviews; extend offers under policy.
• Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment metrics for managers.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
