You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse technical talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing with business goals.

The role involves partnering with managers, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers within policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and maintains a diverse talent pipeline.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Pre-screens, interviews and extends offers in coordination with hiring managers under policy.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment reports for stakeholders.
• Travels as required to support business needs.
