The ideal candidate will develop and implement recruiting strategies, draft precise job descriptions, screen candidates, and guide offers and start dates while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role and market needs.
• Assist with job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Assist with offers, salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
