Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter in Saint Cloud, MN to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company.

Hours are Monday–Friday with day shift; compensation is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with managers, and adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources management preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Attend and conduct interviews with department managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.
