Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a fast-growing organization, scaling teams across operations, engineering, construction, IT, and corporate functions. This is a high-impact role for sourcing hard-to-find talent and partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong passive sourcing and hunter mindset.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, construction, or IT talent.
• Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
• Build passive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate calibration.
• Drive process improvements, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Manage 20–25 concurrent requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery.
