Jobot in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a growing Real Estate Investment client. You will develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and drive offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong ATS experience, and solid knowledge of accounting/finance hiring. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and autonomy in a small team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in corporate and/or agency settings.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for accounting/finance roles.
• Use ATS to manage candidates, databases, and recruitment metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Conduct in-depth interviews both by phone and in-person.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience at all stages.
• Stay updated on accounting/finance industry trends and adjust strategies.
• Participate in job fairs, events, and networking to source candidates.
• Build a robust talent pipeline and collaborate with HR to refine policies.
