Jobot is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Raleigh, NC team, focusing on sourcing and placing top-tier candidates for our real estate investment client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting across accounting and finance roles within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance industry job markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR or Recruitment certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to source candidates.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and improve recruitment policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Senior Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:

• 1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for various roles in the accounting and finance industry.
• 2. Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process, maintain candidate databases, and generate recruitment metrics.
• 3. Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for job roles.
• 4. Conducting in-depth interviews with prospective candidates, both over the phone and in-person.
• 5. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• 6. Providing a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• 7. Staying updated with the latest developments in the accounting and finance industry and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
• 8. Participating in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to source potential candidates.
• 9. Building a robust talent pipeline to ensure a constant stream of qualified candidates.
• 10. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and improve recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1. A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both a corporate recruitment role & an agency recruitment role.
• 2. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
• 3. Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• 6. Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
• 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 8. Strong knowledge of the Accounting and Finance industry and its job market.
• 9. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10. Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
