Jobot is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Raleigh, NC team, focusing on sourcing and placing top-tier candidates for our real estate investment client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting across accounting and finance roles within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance industry job markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR or Recruitment certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for roles in accounting and finance.
• Utilize ATS to manage the recruitment process, maintain candidate databases, and generate metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, both phone and in-person.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
• Stay updated with accounting/finance industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to source candidates.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and improve recruitment policies and procedures.
