Jobot in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a growing Real Estate Investment client. You will develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and drive offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong ATS experience, and solid knowledge of accounting/finance hiring. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and autonomy in a small team.

Responsibilities

Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for various roles in the accounting and finance industry.
2. Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process, maintain candidate databases, and generate recruitment metrics.
3. Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for job roles.
4. Conducting in-depth interviews with prospective candidates, both over the phone and in-person.
5. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
6. Providing a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
7. Staying updated with the latest developments in the accounting and finance industry and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
8. Participating in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to source potential candidates.
9. Building a robust talent pipeline to ensure a constant stream of qualified candidates.
10. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and improve recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both a corporate recruitment role & an agency recruitment role.
2. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
3. Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
6. Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong knowledge of the Accounting and Finance industry and its job market.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10. Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
