Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a highly motivated first recruiter for our early-stage AI training team in San Francisco. You will build the expert sourcing engine for finance professionals and own outbound/inbound campaigns end-to-end.

You'll manage sourcing systems, experiment with channels, and optimize funnel metrics to drive growth. Visa sponsorship is available; full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• Experience sourcing finance professionals (investment banking, private equity, hedge funds).
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels and scale campaigns.
• Self-directed with new channels/tools/processes.
• Comfort with funnel data to drive decisions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SQL, Google Sheets, Ashby, Claude Code.
• Experience creating content and writing top-of-funnel recruiting copy.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation.
• Experience sourcing finance professionals, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels and run campaigns at scale.
• A self-directed, resourceful approach to building new channels, tools, and processes.
• Comfort with funnel data and making decisions based on metrics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SQL, Google Sheets, Ashby, and Claude Code.
• Experience creating content and writing top-of-funnel recruiting copy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Full-time, on-site in San Francisco, United States, five days per week.
