Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is seeking a Corporate Recruiter – Field Service Technicians to lead full-cycle recruiting across Texas and Louisiana, focusing on mechanical, automotive, diesel, and related technical backgrounds. The role starts onsite in Addison, TX, with a planned transition to a hybrid work arrangement after training.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of progressive recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to partner with Field Service Managers to fill multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive recruiting experience with direct sourcing/headhunting.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interviewing, offers, and follow-through.
• Experience recruiting technicians, mechanics, and other technical roles in multi-site environments is highly preferred.
• Experience advising hiring managers on strategy, availability, and market conditions; strong stakeholder partnership.
• Ability to manage recruiting across multiple positions, locations, and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for experienced Field Service Technicians across multiple locations.
• Proactively source candidates via Indeed and other job boards.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Partner with Field Service Managers to understand staffing priorities and market conditions.
• Conduct prescreens to assess mechanical and technical fit; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation in the ATS.
• Provide exceptional communication and customer service to candidates and managers.
• Build pipelines through schools, referrals, and partnerships.
